Mzmz38 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the expressions below have the following meanings when used in the context of the mzmz38:

• Platform: the mzmz38.click website and all its subdomains, features, and associated services.
• User: any individual aged 18 or older who creates an account on mzmz38 and uses the services offered.
• Account: the individual account created by the user upon registration, linked to the CPF provided at sign-up.
• Bet: any financial transaction made in the Sports Betting section of the platform, covering both pre-match and live markets.
• Real Balance: the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account from deposits or winnings.
• Bonus Balance: the amount credited through promotions, subject to the rollover requirements described in each offer.
• Rollover: the total volume of valid bets required to convert bonus balance into real balance eligible for withdrawal.
• Cash Out: the feature that allows a user to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a proportional payout.

2Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on mzmz38, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.
• Not have an active account or one previously closed due to a rule violation on mzmz38.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a mzmz38 employee.

Each CPF can be linked to only one mzmz38 account. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, or using a third party's CPF, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and retention of funds pending investigation.

By completing registration and accepting these Terms, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out herein, as well as our Privacy Policy.

3General Usage Rules

The mzmz38 offers its services exclusively for entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or in any way that harms other users, is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Money laundering, bonus abuse, or any form of result or odds manipulation.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or accessing another user's account.
• Use of third-party payment details for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.
• Any attempt to interfere with the technical or security integrity of the platform.

Mzmz38 reserves the right to close accounts, withhold funds, and report to the relevant authorities if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. All such actions follow the applicable legal procedures in Brazil.

4Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section of the mzmz38 covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and state leagues), basketball, volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, tennis, and other national and international events. Market-specific rules are displayed on the bet page.

Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. Once the bet is confirmed by the system — and a reference number is issued — the odds are locked in regardless of any subsequent market movement. mzmz38 does not accept odds disputes after a bet has been confirmed.

Bets placed on events that have already started, ended, or had their result determined before registration in the system are automatically voided and the staked amount is returned in full to the user's real balance. mzmz38 continuously monitors odds integrity and reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error.

• Live Betting: live markets are available throughout the event and may be suspended at any time by the trading team. Cash out is available on major live markets, subject to availability at the time of the request.
• Accumulators: if one selection is voided, the accumulator odds are recalculated using the remaining selections. If all selections are voided, the staked amount is refunded.
• Postponed events: if an event is postponed and not held within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the bet is voided and the amount returned to the real balance.

5Casino & Games

The mzmz38 offers a selection of casino games provided by suppliers certified by independent testing laboratories, including eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs, and iTech Labs. The games include slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games, digital bingo, and progressive jackpots.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring fair and random outcomes. mzmz38 does not interfere with the results of games provided by third parties. Any technical inconsistencies should be reported to support for review.

The daily jackpot of R$ 15,000.00 is drawn automatically by the system. It is open to all users with a verified account who have placed at least one valid real-money bet within the last 24 hours. VIP members receive additional entries based on their tier in the VIP Program.

• Technical malfunctions in games void any related bets and payouts.
• Mzmz38 is not responsible for internet interruptions on the user's end during a gaming session.
• Bets placed with bonus balance on games excluded from the corresponding promotion may be voided.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

The mzmz38 accepts the following payment methods for users in Brazil: Pix, boleto bancário, major credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from leading banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 via any available method.

Pix deposits are confirmed within seconds, available 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays, with no fees charged by mzmz38. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits are subject to standard banking processing times of up to two business days. Funds are credited automatically once payment is confirmed by the banking system.

To request a withdrawal, the user must have a verified account (see section 9), a minimum real balance of R$ 30.00, and a Pix key registered under the same CPF as the mzmz38 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. mzmz38 does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix.

• Withdrawal processing time via Pix is up to 10 minutes for verified accounts and standard users. VIP members have withdrawals processed with priority.
• Mzmz38 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, as part of its compliance procedures.
• Withdrawal attempts made before bonus rollover requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the remaining bonus balance. Any real balance accumulated up to that point is retained.

7Bonuses & Promotions

The mzmz38 periodically offers bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. The specific conditions of each offer — including value, rollover, validity period, and eligible games or markets — are described on the corresponding promotion page and form an integral part of these Terms.

Bonus balance is credited separately from real balance and can only be converted to real balance after the required rollover has been fully met. The rollover period begins on the date the bonus is credited and is clearly stated before the promotion is activated. Any unused bonus balance or balance whose rollover is not completed within the deadline is automatically cancelled with no refund.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers repeatedly, using hedging strategies to meet rollover requirements without real risk, and any form of coordination between users to exploit promotions fraudulently. mzmz38 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts where abuse is confirmed.

8VIP Program

The mzmz38 VIP Program mzmz38 is a loyalty program with five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite — based on the user's cumulative valid betting volume. Progression between tiers is automatic and requires no action from the user.

The main benefit of the VIP Program is weekly cashback on net losses: 3% at Silver level, 6% at Gold, 10% at Platinum, 15% at Diamond, and an individually negotiated percentage at Elite. Cashback is calculated every week and credited as real balance with no rollover, available for immediate withdrawal via Pix.

Additional benefits include priority withdrawals, higher bet limits, access to VIP tables in the live casino, boosted odds on selected Brasileirão and other sports markets, birthday bonuses, gifts for Diamond and Elite members, and a dedicated account manager from Platinum level onwards.

• Voided, cancelled, or bonus-balance bets do not count toward VIP volume.
• Mzmz38 may review a user's VIP level in the event of extended inactivity, with prior notice given to the user.
• The benefits at each tier may be updated by mzmz38, with prior notice to affected users.

9Identity Verification

The mzmz38 may request identity verification from the user at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or in situations requiring identity confirmation under compliance criteria. Verification is an integral part of the platform's commitment to user security and compliance with Brazilian law.

Documents commonly requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address in the account holder's name, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for the deposit. All documents must be legible and within their validity period.

Verification is completed within up to five business days after all requested documents have been submitted. The account remains available for betting during the process, but withdrawals may only be processed after successful verification. mzmz38 does not charge any fees for identity verification.

10Responsible Gambling

The mzmz38 believes that sports betting and casino games are a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed as such. The platform provides self-control tools for all users, without exception:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount directly from the account dashboard.
• Loss limit: set a loss limit for a given period. Once reached, new deposits will be blocked until the next cycle begins.
• Session break: temporarily suspend access to the platform for a set period (24h, 48h, 7 days, or longer).
• Self-exclusion: request temporary or permanent account closure at any time through support. The process is irreversible for the duration of the defined exclusion period.

11Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the Portuguese-language support of the mzmz38, available 24 hours a day via live chat or email at suporte@mzmz38.click. Prior to closure, any real balance in the account will be returned to the user via Pix, provided the account is verified and there are no pending investigations.

Mzmz38 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations: suspected fraud or abuse, false information provided at registration, violation of any rule in these Terms, order from a competent authority, or extended inactivity with no balance. In cases of closure due to rule violations, bonus balances are cancelled; real balances are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the violation.

12Privacy & Data Protection

The processing of personal data belonging to users of the mzmz38 fully complies with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for purposes necessary to operate the account, process payments, send operational communications, and meet legal obligations.

Mzmz38 does not sell users' personal data to third parties. Data shared with technology partners and payment providers is limited strictly to what is necessary for the service to function, and is always subject to contractual data protection guarantees. All data is transmitted over connections protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

13Limitation of Liability

The mzmz38 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user. Betting involves financial risk and outcomes are uncertain — the user acknowledges this when creating an account and placing each bet.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, bets in progress are protected in accordance with the rules in section 4. mzmz38 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's end.

Under no circumstances shall mzmz38's total liability to a user exceed the real balance available in that user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of mzmz38.

14Changes to Terms

The mzmz38 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least seven days in advance, via registered email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. We recommend that users revisit this page periodically to stay up to date with the current rules.

15Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the sports betting and digital entertainment sector in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform mzmz38 that cannot be resolved directly through support will be submitted to the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, unless otherwise required by law. mzmz38 encourages users to address any questions or complaints through support before taking formal action — the vast majority of issues can be resolved in minutes via live chat.
